焊接時堆焊成敗的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，要獲得理想的堆焊層必須綜合考慮某些可變因素，如：焊接電壓、焊接速度、軋輥轉(zhuǎn)速、軋輥的保溫、焊接電流、焊接材料等，對一些含碳及合金元素高的輥芯，為防止脆性區(qū)的裂紋，除一定的預(yù)熱措施外，多采用低碳低合金過渡層進行預(yù)先堆焊過渡層。硬質(zhì)合金軋輥是在硬質(zhì)合金刀具的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展而來的，硬質(zhì)合金是采用堅硬的碳化鎢顆粒硬質(zhì)相與鎳、鈷等黏結(jié)相金屬燒結(jié)而成。
